Leave Saltwood up Sandling Road, past the railway station onto new section over Channel Tunnel Link, right onto the A20, through bends and take left fork signposted Lyminge, narrow road in places and loads of farmer's debris, left at next junction then up to Lyminge. Slow through village, then signposts to Elham, open roads with some reasonable bends, past vineyard and into Elham, slow for village, then out the other side big S at Kingston by the pub then into open countryside all the way to Barham and the A2.
