A picture postcard switchback road, comparable to Stelvio or similar
Rising to nearly 4500m at its highest point the Saach Pass or Death Road is a famous himalayan road. Surface is very bad and safety not really a priority but the spectacular views and unique sense of danger from height have made this route kind of a legend and popular for tourists seeking a thrill.
Simply amazing mountain pass in the Shiga Prefecture of Japan, fast winding road with many different kinds of corners, excellent for all kinds of bikes. Highly Recommended
Great Coastal road with awesome scenery, few nice cafe stop on oposite side of road, heavy traffic passing Tamsui district, nice stop at Baishavan beach and after Jinshan starting one of the best mountain roads.
you can go from the army bace to in to the nasinal park very good road.
This is an old military road with ruded asphalt twisitng alongthe mountain river on the clifs of the mauntain. Best waterfal you will ever see at the end of marked track, with hidden access through a hole in the ground
nice coastal road with great sceneries and viewpoints, one of them being famous abandoned platform with a concrete extention in the air. Watch out of first interactions of cows all over the road as well as local drivers cutting blind corners and overtaking without warning, they also like to follow bikers feeling themselves as part of a biker squad
very Good trip we enjoyed specially Hunza , Naltar , Karimabad, i advice to app just take a visit your all misunderstandings will clear
This one is perfect for taking in the breathtaking scenery and calm of the northern Thailand Mountains would be great on any upright bike but easiest on a light bike... if you are continuing around the loop anything with pegs will save you from a sore behind, the locals still prefer the light but robust semi auto 125 Honda Wave all through this terrain
Mostly new road through the hilly country side.
Route that climb from seaside till 3275m. Almost all is in national park, when I went there it was foggy and rainy, but from top to thew está side was really nice view. Surface is great like in most of Taiwan, lot of sightseeings. I need to do it again in better conditions
Route through 2 national parks. Lot of corners, lot of sightseeings, great surface, mostly wide road with great visibility. You can stop for some hikes or to visit alishan park
A beautifully scenic and very twisty lap of the famous Sun Moon Lake. Finish a lap and start again until you've had enough!
Start and end at 'Bike Garage Center'
Overall good road. A mix of National Highways, State Highways and other smaller roads.
A simple route that starts and ends in Sai Kung. Some single track as you ascend and descend the mountainside with plenty of areas to pull over and contemplate where you went wrong (or right) in life whilst taking in the stunning views of HK.
The road surfaces are generally good but can get a little gnarly towards the top of the mountain. Best time to go is any time you have the time although it can get a bit foggy some evenings right at the top.
Highlights - the Shell garages on the Clear Water Bay Road sell V Power and the snack selection is pretty good if you like your dried seaweed and chickens feet...hmm.
Very nice mountain road with little traffic and police activity, but you should always remember about local drivers: they are fast and often unpredictable. Very nice views, mostly good tarmac, total absents of gas stations and cafés on the road. Interesting fact - the road is used for car rally.
Ride from Manali to Rhontang pass. The scenery is beautiful and the road unforgettable.
