Great winding roads, mountain passes, many fuel stations, single lanes and great views all the way
This is a great little run into the hills from Malaga skirting the edge of a national park (always good). We did it on rented BMW1200's which handled the roads and sometimes uneven surfaces without a twitch. Highly recommend.
nice typical southern spanish mountain road
We tried this route which I made, as there was no north-south route from Cordoba to Malaga on BBR. This was the last part of our short, bike rental break on day three. As it turned out it was a nice alternative to riding the motorway. It is about one hundred and thirty miles, and takes about three hours.
Fast road out of Cordoba with some high speed corners lead onto much more rural slow twisty stuff through olive grove country - perfect for the rented F800's round a big hilly area. Finally a short run on the motorway, about 30 miles, back into Malaga. Not mega-exciting, but a very pleasant alternative to using the motorway back to the airport.
Low speed ride, with hundreds of corners. Great fun. Takes about five hours. Distance 220 km approx.
30 km ohne dass ich einem Fahrzeug begegnet bin. Passtrasse vom feinsten. Auf der Passhöhe ist der Blick zurück (Richtung Süden) ein Umwerfer!!!!
A wonderful ride in the mountains of southern Jaen province. Great twisties in fabulous scenery.
A little long and boring from Arcos to El Basque. El Basque would be a good place to stop for lunch or a cafe. Then you start the trek up the mountain to Grazalema. There is a beautiful look out just before Grazalema where I usually stop and take a few minutes to recover and appreciate the scenery.
Then you continue through Grazalema and back down. Once past Grazalema it is more rural and you can pick up the pace through. Scenery changes to more of a red rock canyon type towards the end.
Very little police if any, once past Grazalema very few cars, and the roads are in great shape. Not too many blind corners past Grazalema.
Excellent tour for those that enjoy cornering and scenery. Lots of small restaurants for good Spanish food and very hospital people everywhere. A few roads needing new tarmac, but that is less than 1% of the tour.
Grazalema to Granada. A good mix of Mountains, Rural and eventually highway. The mountains around Grazalema & Zahara (good spot for lunch) and the scenery around El Chorro are breathtaking.
Tarifa to Grazalema. Some incredible scenery and winding roads through the Parque Natural Los Alcornocales.
Very nice rural road. Almost no traffic. It's a very narrow road, but with and excellent road surface. After having a good time cornering in this road, go visit Alquézar, very beautiful village.
Fantastic Road! Perfect smooth tarmac with wonderful
High speed turns and great straight stretches . You'll be tempted to ride fast.
Great countryside views . No cops and barely traffic . Did it in April 2015
Good long open bends, long sweeping bends.

Excellent sportbike road that runs past the Almeria racing circuit and on to Sorbas and the coast. MotorcycleNews Michael Neeves described this as the best road in Europe. Not the best Ive seen but excellent nonetheless, highly recommended
Average route but beware of cross winds on the open planes.
Scenic ride from Estepona through the mountains to the historic town of Ronda. Equally as good on sport bike or tourer. Take care not to ride off the scenery.
